I'm locked out of my account. Who should I contact?
If you are locked out of your myCSMD account, you will need to contact the Help Desk by calling 301-934-7740 or via email at email@example.com. You will need to provide your student ID number to the Help Desk. If you do not know your student ID number, please call us at 301-934-2251 (option 0).
If you are locked out of your Admissions application account, please contact the Admissions office at 301-934-2251 (option 0).
