What is the refund policy?
Students officially withdrawing from a credit or continuing education
course during the published period are eligible for a refund. Students
withdrawing after the normal refund period will not receive a refund.
Check the academic calendar (http://www.csmd.edu/Academi... ) for withdrawal deadlines each semester.
In extreme circumstances, when the student is forced to withdraw after the normal refund period, the college will consider granting a partial refund of tuition and fees. To be eligible for consideration, the student must meet the criteria described in the Involuntary Withdrawal Policy and must submit a written request and any and all documentation to the Registrar's Office.
A student officially withdrawing by the last college business day prior to the start of a class is eligible for a 100 percent refund of tuition and applicable fees (see the tuition & fees (http://www.csmd.edu/Bursar/... ) to determine those fees which are refundable). In addition,
